Shaina is a South Jersey native who moved to the Boca Raton and Delray Beach area in December 2011 and never looked back. Before heading south, she worked at a top local fitness center, where she ran the front desk, built their social media presence, and learned the ins and outs of fitness by working alongside trainers and leading new member orientations and small group classes.
Her workout resume is long and varied, from strength training, running and boxing to Spin, Reformer Pilates, yoga, and Barre — she loves trying new ways to move her body. She loves feeling strong and is passionate about helping other women do the same.
When she’s not breaking a sweat, Shaina is eating her way through South Florida as the founder of Take A Bite Out of Boca & Beyond and host of the Take A Bite Out of South Florida podcast. You’ll usually find her either at a workout or a restaurant, with her Kindle in her bag and travel plans on the calendar with her fiancé, whom she’ll be marrying in December 2026.
She’s excited to join the Barre Envy family and can’t wait to work out with all of you!

Hi I’m Brittany! I’m a proud Delray Beach native-born and raised in this sunny little beach town I still call home. You can usually find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, outside soaking up the Florida sunshine, or walking my two amazing pups, Xena & Roxie (they’re my whole world!).
My husband and I have been together since 2016, we love spending our weekends at the local green markets, relaxing out on the water in our boat, and traveling the world.
I’ve been passionate about fitness for years and am excited to take on this new role of teaching Barre. My goal is to create a space where people feel strong, supported, and uplifted. One of my favorite pieces of advice came from my Dad, who always said, “To make yourself feel better, help make someone else feel better.” I carry that with me into every class and look forward to inspiring others in the same way!

Hi, I’m Kayla! and I’m so glad you’re here. With a background in mental health, I’ve always been passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported. When I discovered barre, it was more than just a workout—It was the first movement practice that truly helped me get out of my head and into my body, reconnecting me with my femininity, confidence, and joy.
In my classes, we don’t just sculpt muscles (though you’ll definitely feel the burn!)—we also shake off stress, move with intention, and have fun doing it. Think of it as your feel-good hour to let go, tune in, and reconnect with yourself.
Whether you’re here to sweat, stretch, or just escape your to-do list for a bit, you’re always welcome in my class—just bring yourself (and maybe a water bottle).
Let’s move, groove, and glow together!
