BARRE CLASSIC

Barre Classic is a no-impact workout performed in an interval training style. You will burn fat quickly and increase lean muscle mass by using your body weight for resistance while performing precise isometric movements. Muscles are worked to the point of fatigue and then stretched and lengthened using orthopedic and ballet-inspired stretches.

The detailed personal attention given to each student differentiates Barre Classic from other classes using similar principles. Our focus on proper technique and alignment ensures a safe workout and delivers results that other barre workouts do not.

BARRE PILATES

Barre Pilates works every muscle in the body in an efficient, focused manner. The class is structured to align, lengthen and strengthen the body uniquely, focussing on precise movements originating from the center of your body. Working from the deepest layers of your muscles, which stabilize your spine and pelvis, this class will help increase ideal posture and alignment.

Barre Pilates emphasizes the foundational principles of a Mat Pilates class with Barre exercises — with the option for modifications to suit every individual’s needs.

BARRE BURN

A rigorous and fast-paced version of our traditional barre class, Barre Burn uses isolated movements with the help of resistance bands, light weights, and gliding discs to target all the right muscle groups.

You will feel that beautiful burn in this high-energy, electric workout!

BARRE TRXtra

Cardio intervals are combined with the precise principles of Barre Classic along with TRX® Suspension Training, Gliding Discs and Medicine Balls to shred fat & chisel your entire body.  Burn calories and increase your metabolism and cardiovascular endurance in this 45 minute Barre blended class!

BARRE STRETCH

Barre Stretch is a great antidote to the stresses of a busy life and a wonderful balance of movement. Stretching accompanied by simple breathing techniques and gentle movements, serve to soothe the nervous system and promote relaxation and deep healing on all levels. Using the barre and other props, Barre Stretch is accessible for everyone, regardless of experience or level of fitness. It is an excellent class for those recovering from illness or injury, or anyone living with chronic pain. Be still, relax, and find the healing you need.

BARRE BLEND

This class is a fantastic blending of all formats that make Barre the fabulous workout it is! Barre Blend is a class combination/total body workout. 

Using a variety of props, varying planes of motion, length, and stretch, this one-hour class will leave you feeling vitalized, refreshed, and ready to take on the day!

BARRE-LESQUE

Come release your flirty side with Barre-Lesque! A low impact, high-intensity workout that combines dance and burlesque with the detailed precision of Barre Classic work. This fun and flirty workout where dance and barre meet will build long, lean muscles and torch away the fat!

BARRE BURN EXPRESS

The early bird gets the worm…or a kick butt start to their day with our newest class, Barre Burn Express! A 45-minute class that is designed to give you a great workout and get you to work or a jumpstart to your day within an hour. Following the same detailed principles as Barre Classic or Barre Burn, this targeted full body workout will send you into your day with a more energized mind and body.
